DESCRIPTION:All 0-5 year-olds and their caregivers are welcome to join u
 s at the Paul S. Sarbanes downtown library to share songs\, rhymes\, and
  stories together on the first four Thursdays of each month. Studies hav
 e shown that singing aloud and sharing books aloud help your child's bra
 in development and health. This half-hour program is designed to introdu
 ce young children and their families to foundational elements of literac
 y. Additionally\, storytime will provide an opportunity for children and
  their caregivers to make new connections in their community and find ne
 w ways to play together. The program is free and does not require regist
