“This year’s Winterfest of Lights will include a Train Display at the Convention Center to benefit the beach patrol. Donations received will be directed to the OCBP Surf Rescue Association. Come out and see this wonderful display and talk to the lifeguards. They will be here with lots of fun giveaways for kids and adults alike.”
