“Read with local author Frank Bateman at our Stories & STEM 2 – 5 Storytime. All 2, 3, 4 and 5 year olds and their caregivers are welcome to join us at the Paul S. Sarbanes – Downtown library for stories,music, singing, fingerplays and a take-home craft.This half-hour program is designed to introduce young children the joys of reading, and to encourage parents/caregivers to read with their children at home. Mr. Bateman will have copies of his picture books for purchase at this program. The program is free and does not require registration.“
