“All 0-5 year olds and their caregivers are welcome to join us at the Paul S. Sarbanes Library, Downtown, for stories, music, singing, and crafts. This half-hour program is designed to introduce young children to the joys of reading, STEAM activities, and to encourage parents/caregivers to read with their children at home. The program is free and does not require registration.”
